Students must be regular and punctual to school.
Late-comers will normally be sent back home, if
they are late for more than five times in a
term. Students should come in neat and clean
uniform, polished shoes and proper socks (tight-
elastic). A student who is in dirty and untidy
uniform is liable to be sent back home. Attendance
on the first and last day of the academic
session and before / after any long vacation is
compulsory. Students who have been absent from class
must have the reason entered in the record of absence
in the calendar duly signed by the parent / guardian
Students who are sick / suffering from infectious
diseases are not allowed to attend the school.
Boys should not grow long hair and should not wear
bracelet or kada. Girls should not wear any ornaments.
Long hair must be tied in two plaits with black
ribbons. Students should not bring any unwanted things
inside school premises like knife, blade, any magazine,
stainless steel rules, photographs, mobiles phones,
pager, digital dairy, scientific calculator, fireworks,
colour (abir) etc. They shall be liable to punishment if
violated. Class picnic, small trips within the city,
exposure programmes like visit to Old Age Home etc.
are a part of our school curriculum, therefore it
is compulsory for the student to participate in these
activities.
Special emphasis is given to inculcate discipline amongst the student. Students must
keep the class rooms and school premises clean, Students must not damage / destroy the
property of the school. In such cases heavy fine may be imposed. Strict disciplinary action
may be taken against any student who fights with other students and causes injury to them.
Primary section:
Parents / Guardians are to note that children must be collected soon after the school is over.
Beyond the scheduled time a fine will collected. They are not allowed to enter the class
room to pick their wards. Identity Card must be Shown at the gate to take back their wards.
for the saftey of the child they should not leave the ID card with the vehicle Owner. They
should inform the school immedietly, if & when it is lost. For all the section:
Parents must be present along with their wards positively on the day of the Report. (Result).
Students afflicted by infectious diseases or exposed to such diseases must complete the
quarantine period of 15 day before rejoining the school. A medical fitness certificate by the
attending physical must be handed over to the class teacher at the time of rejoining the
classes. Students suffering from contagious or infectious disease are not allowed to attend
classes. For students who are absent for Unit test or Examination there is no provision for
Re-tests.
1. A student is liable to suspended temporarily or even expelled from the school
without assigning any reasons if he / she:
Disobeys or disrespects any teacher or other superiors.
Disregards the schools rules and regulations.
Tries to damage / destruct school property or utilities.
Tries to adopt unfair means at the time of examinations, tampers with the progress
reports, or tries to gorges signatures.
Displays violent conduct, emotional instability, or obnoxious behavior.
Consumes or keeps in possession drugs, narcotics or any other undesirable
substances in the school premises or tries to enter the school in an inebriated state.
carries or keep in possession any inappropriate abject or articles even in the form of
clipping in the cell phone or similar electronic gadgets.
Attempt to undermine the school administration in any manner and try to subvert
the practices and policies of the school
Is facing prosecution under the indian panel code for his / her acts / behaviors whether
inside the school or outside it;if in the opinion of the school authorities such
conduct is deemed to be deleterious of the saftey or security of the fellow students
or to reputation of the school.
Is in an indisciplined's students whose does not show any improvement and whose
presence in the school become injurious or detrimental to the general discipline of
the school wil be summarily dismissed from the school by the school authorities at
any time.
Is involved any antisocial activity inside or outside the shool.
2. A student’s name is liable to be removed from the roll if he / she is continuously
absent from school without valid reason for 10 days or more. The same student may
be readmitted on payment of RS. 100/-as fine.
3. Pupils must keep classroom and school premises clean.
4. Pupils are expected to behave well on all occasions.
5. Pupils must not damage the property of the school. Any damage caused should be
reimbursed by offender the school.
6. Parents are requested to come to school and sign progress Report Cards on the days
mentioned.
7. Parents should sign messages, progress reports and other similar notification
when so requested, Failure to do so may put their wards to great inconvenience
and render the liable to be send back home.
8. Parents / Guardians are not allowed to enter the class rooms during school hours. All
dealings must be conducted through the concerned head of the school.
9. The person who will collect the child of the Primary section from school must carry
the child’s identity card every day.
10. Parent is to look after the health and personal hygiene of their wards.
(i) The child will not be allowed to leave the school premises without I.D.card being
shown to the security at the gate.
(ii) The I.D. Card should not be left with the Rickshawllah or Vanwallah at any cost.
The headmistress will not meet any one in this regard.
11. The timetable for each term examination will be given well in advance. Parents are
requested to note down these dates. Absence during the Examination assessment
period due to indisposition or unavoidable circumstances would be unfortunate,
however no retest / special test can be administered, nor any adjustment of marks done.
12. If a pupil is unwell he / she should not be sent school under any circumstances.
Also appointment with doctors must not be made during the school hours as the
child will not be permitted to leave the school. The absence should be followed by
sick leave not from the parents / guardians Supported by a medical certificate.
13. Pupils are subject to school discipline not only in the school compound but also while coming from and returning to
their homes and at other public places.
14. Any change of address or contact number should be promptly notified to the
school.
15. No electronic gadgets book, periodicals, pictures, newspapers or any other reading
matter should be brought into the school without the permission of
the Principal / Headmistress.
16. Enrolment in Andhra Association High school implies on the part of the pupil and
parents / guardians their willingness to comply with the requirement and
regulation of the school,as notified from time to time.
17. parent are requested not to write nay remark or message in the progress report
card. if any enquiry is neccessary they can communicate to the concerned
principal / headmistress.
18. the parent / guardians should read the rules in the school calender and sign in the
space provided therein.
19. student should not write anything on the wall of the building on the desk either
by pencil or pen or color pencil or may any other means.if caught will be heavily
fined.
20. mobile phone usage by the parents inside in the school premises is strictly prohibited.
21. student should not bring mobile to school, if found the gadget will be
confiscated and a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
